At Archive Boxes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the archive boxes in their original flat-pack state and protective shipping carton to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
